The plain-language rules for using kriyaworks.in and working with KriyaWorks — studio engagements today, the Kriops marketplace when it launches.

Plain-language policy — the studio is pre-launch; this document will be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.
By using kriyaworks.in, or by engaging KriyaWorks for work, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site or the services.
Where a signed engagement agreement exists, that agreement wins over anything here.
Studio engagements run on a fixed, written scope agreed before work begins, delivered as weekly drops you can see live.
On full payment, the client owns the deliverables — code, design systems, source files, and the prompts that produced them.
Kriops is pre-launch. When it opens, creators will be able to list work for sale; ownership of listed work stays with its creators, and the revenue-share terms will be published openly at launch.
These terms will be extended with marketplace-specific rules before any transaction happens.
Every engagement is priced as a fixed quote, agreed in writing before work starts — no drifting scope, no surprise line items. Invoicing follows agreed milestones.
Milestones not yet started can be cancelled and refunded; work already delivered against a milestone is billable.
Deliverables transfer to the client on full payment, prompts included. KriyaWorks retains its pre-existing tools, methods and general know-how — the pipeline itself isn't for sale.
The content of this site — copy, design and code — belongs to KriyaWorks unless stated otherwise.
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer it; don't misrepresent who you are; don't use anything here to infringe someone else's rights.
We may restrict access where these rules are broken.
The site is provided “as is” — we work hard on accuracy but make no warranty that everything is complete, current or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KriyaWorks' total liability arising from the site or an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute that can't be settled by talking to each other first — always our preference — falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We may update these terms as the studio and Kriops evolve; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
