How KriyaWorks collects, uses and protects the small amount of data this site touches — written to be read, not skimmed past.

Plain-language policy — the studio is pre-launch; this document will be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive exactly what you type: your name, email address and message. That is the only personal data this site asks for.
Alongside that we collect basic, aggregate analytics — pages visited, rough location by country, device type and how you found us — to understand what's working.
Contact data is used for one thing: replying to you. Analytics are used to improve the site — which pages earn attention, which don't.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, and we won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
We keep cookies to the minimum the site needs to function, plus lightweight analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will keep working.
Contact-form submissions and analytics live with reputable cloud providers, and traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS. We keep personal data only as long as we need it to handle your inquiry, then delete it.
No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for ours.
This site relies on third parties for hosting and analytics, each governed by its own privacy policy.
When Kriops — our creative marketplace — launches, payments will be handled by established processors such as Stripe or Razorpay. Card and banking details will go to them directly; KriyaWorks will never store them.
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely.
Email letsbuild@kriyaworks.in and we'll act on the request as fast as we reasonably can — no forms, no runaround.
This is a business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has sent us their data, email us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a fresh effective date — no silent edits.
